Station Tours and Truck Visits

The Fire Department provides fire safety education and fire truck visits for events in Brooklyn Center. This service is provided free of charge and the goal is to provide fire safety education to the citizens and businesses of Brooklyn Center.

Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm Program

The Brooklyn Center Fire Department is teaming up with the Firefighters Relief Association to provide smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and batteries free of charge to residents of Brooklyn Center. An assessment each household will be conducted to determine alarm coverage needs. Brooklyn Center Fire Department will be happy to install battery operated alarms purchased by the homeowner.
