View or Pay Utility Bill

We are very happy to announce that our new e-billing and online payment system is now available. The new system is easy to use and allows you to view and pay your utility bills online.

eUtility Billing

The new eUtility Billing program allows customers to make bill payments online using a credit card or eCheck. You can also sign up to receive electronic copies of your utility bills instead of paper copies. Learn more about eUtility Billing or Pay Now online.

Phone Payments

The City of Brooklyn Center's automated toll free payment system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and accepts credit card and eCheck payments. Payments can be made by calling 1 (855) 282-7633. (available in English and Spanish).

Credit Card

The City accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards for payment. You may use your credit card in person at City Hall, 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., or over the phone any time by calling our toll free automated payment system at 1 (855) 282-7633.

Check or Money Order

You may pay your utility bill with a check or money order either in person at City Hall or by mailing to:

You may also use the Utility Bill Drop-Off box outside City Hall to deposit your payment. The Drop-Off box is checked each business day.

Please be sure to include your account number on your check or money order.

Cash

You may pay your bill with cash in person at City Hall. Please do not send cash through the mail.
