Brooklyn Center, in coordination with Hennepin County, facilitated reconstruction and streetscape improvements on a one-mile segment of Brooklyn Boulevard (County Road 152) between Bass Lake Road (County Road 10) and Interstate I-94/694. The Brooklyn Boulevard Corridor Project Phase 2 Improvements are identified in the City's Capital Improvement Program for 2021.

Construction is complete with the exception of various punch list items. The contractor is required to provide a warranty on all work for one year from the date of acceptance of the project.

Thanks to all of you for your patience and understanding throughout this process! It is our hope and intent that the improvements in the neighborhood, combined with previous, existing, and future improvements throughout the City, will provide a strong and healthy long-term economic base for the entire City and will renew a sense of community and neighborhood pride.
