The City has 84-miles of storm sewers and nine neighborhood or regional pond or treatment systems.

Included in this division's responsibilities are the inspection and maintenance of all structures and lines, preventative maintenance, and inspection of private stormwater treatment systems.

  • Clean outfalls, skimmers, and ponds as needed.
  • Inspect public and private ponds and treatment systems.
  • Repair structures (approximately 30 to 40 per year) that are in need of repair or rebuilding now and scheduled cycle of repair.
  • Televise all lines in next year's construction projects and approximately an additional 2,000-feet of trouble spots and the next area of the scheduled cleaning.
